I use it in my 2004 Corvette. Oil temp in stop and go traffic is slightly better, and oil psi better by 3-4 psi.

BEST ANSWER: The Mobil techs don't like giving recommendations on how many miles because it would depend on the size engine, fuel consumption, how hard you're working the engine, etc.
