Mobilith SHC PM 220 (16 Gal. Keg)
Designed specifically for the most critical rolling element applications in peak performance paper machines, Mobilith SHC PM 220 (NLGI Grade 1.5) is formulated to work even in extreme temperature environments and various water qualities. By combining the unique qualities of a lithium complex thickener with those of a synthetic base fluid, Mobilith SHC PM 220 supports low-temperature pumpability and lower starting/running torque times when compared to same-viscosity non-synthetic oil competitors. The result is a hardy solution that operates independent of temperature and water conditions while supporting structural stability and adhesion and protects against rust, acid, wear and alkali water corrosion.

To combat high thermal exposure our product formulation scientists chose proprietary synthetic base oils for Mobilith SHC PM grease because of their exceptional thermal and oxidative resistance. Our scientists developed a high performance lithium complex thickener technology and used specific additives to enhance Mobilith SHC PM greases to meet the needs of modern and future paper machines. Application Considerations: While Mobilith SHC PM greases are compatible with most mineral oil based products, admixture may detract from their performance. Consequently it is recommended that before changing a system to one of the Mobilith SHC PM greases, it should be thoroughly cleaned out to achieve the maximum performance benefits. If dismantling the system for cleaning before changeover isn't feasible, then thorough purging and increased relubrication intervals are strongly recommended.
